multiple code list items with "Include Specify field" option

Dear OF Team,

I have noticed that not all code list items with the Specify field are displayed that way in Collect Mobile. In Collect it is working. Could you fix this or advise if I'm missing something?

This is a nice feature and we will try to do our best to include it in the next version of Collect Mobile, by the end of next week.
