Suggestion: make switch on/off for tooltips in Survey Design

Is it possible to make a facility to switch tooltips on/off in all cases where tooltip box is shown in Collect Survey Designer? Now it is not always working, e.g. the headers of multiple entities (see similar question). Tooltips in headers can be particularly handy in Collect mobile! Joseph
