Hi,

I am getting an error message "... The installer could not find a valid Java(tm) on this machine. Supported versions: Vendor: Any min. 1.8 max. any JDK required."

I have downloaded multiple things (went to https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html) but clearly not the right one(s). Can someone direct me to the exact link(s) where to download thing(s) from?

Many thanks!

Florence

Hi Florence,

The exact link depends on your operating system,

at this page: https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html

go in the section Java SE Development Kit 8u202 , click accept license agreement and download the version compatible with your operating system.

Please let me know if you have any other question.

Thank you
