can not open a cep file

Dear Imen,

Please verify the file association right-clicking on the cep file, choosing "Open with" > "Choose default program..." and linking permanently the cep files to Collect Earth. The application that should open the cep file is "C:\OpenForis\CollectEarth\CollectEarth-launcher.exe".

A temporary alternative would be also to open the file from Collect Earth: Tools > Properties > Projects > Load a new project file.

Is Collect Earth updated? From Help > About... it should read 1.0.45.

Kindly confirm that the problem has been solved or please provide additional information.
