collect mobile crashing

I run collect mobile with a samsung tablet. As of today, collect mobile crashes when I want to use the survey. It happens with a code attribute and when multiple objects in a 1:n entity are collected. Can you help me?

Probably it's due to some validation rule or another expression that crashes when it's evaluated at run time.
