Sir/Madam,

I am not able to upload AOI for the analysis of inventory data. An error message pops up the 'Internal Server Error 500'. Any assistance from developers is appreciated.

Thanks Dorji

Dear Dorji,

Please, make sure the format of the CSV file is correct. You can find more information at http://www.openforis.org/tools/calc/tutorials/calc-21-user-manual.html section 3.3.1.3

Please, let us know if you are able to import the AOI.

Thank you,

Mino

Dear Mino, Thank you for your response. I checked the format and it is correct and a similar file was used in the past. However, this time around, I am still unable to upload the file. Any help from your end will be highly appreciated.

Thank you,

Dorji
