The rest of all surveys have the button. first, we tried to send the data from mobile to collect server using the internet, An error occurred: displays in the mobile screen but the connection is successful with the server and mobile.
So, I decided to import the data via a mobile exported file to collect desktop manually. when I try to do so, there was the absence of the import button in the collect desktop. Neither there was a New button. In this situation how can I convert my mobile data (2200 records) into excel or CSV?
