Publish Survey with coordinate altitude and accuracy fields not possible!?

Dear all,

I am trying to publish a survey that includes the coordinate altitude and accuracy. Collect warns me that these field will not be available in Calc (which is fine for me). However, during the publication this warning message will not allow me to publish (there is no option to "publish anyway").
