Hello,

I recently worked on a survey via Collect Mobile, but when I exported the survey I'm unable to import it to the Collect Desktop version or again to the Collect Mobile version. I'd like to export the survey to a .csv version if that's possible, any suggestion on how can I resolve this issue?

Thank you!

Dear user,
Can you please give us some more details about your problem? For example, do you have an error importing the data into Collect Desktop?
Anyway, importing the data into Collect Mobile is not possible (yet).
Many thanks,

Hello,

So I have a survey on Collect Mobile that had some entries on it. I exported the file as .collect-mobile, but when I try to open it again via the mobile app it shows an error that it's not a valid Collect Mobile survey file. I tried to import it into Collect Desktop, but it's not loading up at all over there too. So now I'm unable to open the file at all. Is there any way to open the file and maybe export it in a different file format like .csv or .xlsx?

Thank you!

Dear user,
Someone from our team in FAO will contact you so you can share your survey with us.
The collect-mobile file is generated only by Collect Desktop and can be imported only in Collect Mobile. Collect Mobile exports the data in collect-data files...
Thanks,
