Extracting the original survey file from collect mobile

Hello OF Collect Administrator, Greeting!

I cannot import a collect-mobile file into the Survey Designer. I have tried and the import browser window does not list the .collect-mobile files but failed. The reason I want to do this is to make sure that the form in the Collect list is the same as the one I used, and I have to revise it for further improvement.

So, I would like to request you to extract the original survey file and send me back. Survey form link:survey_inventory.collect-mobile form.

Any help would be much-appreciated thanks.
