When Collect Earth is opening, the Google Earth Pro is not opening with it. If the Google Earth Pro was manually opened, The collect Earth is not synchronized with it. Dear user, Please make sure that KML files are set in the OS to be opened by Google Earth Pro. In Windows, you should localize the KML file ( it should be in the folder C:\Users*YOUR_USERNAME*\AppData\Roaming\CollectEarth\generated ) , then right-click on the loadApp.kml file and then choose the Open With... option on the context-menu. Then choose Google Earth Pro as the program to use to open .kml files and select the option to always use that program.
