Using SIGRID Systematic 1km grid for a LULUCF IPCC type of survey

I want to use the pre-generated 1x1km SIGRID (Systematic Iterative GRID https://github.com/herrtunante/SIGRID ) in a Collect Earth survey to collect IPCC Consistent Land Representation compliant data through Collect Earth.

So far I see that you can access the grids from a KML but I don't really know how to go from there into generating the CSV files for my CE survey. Could you kindly advice?
