Apps Collect Mobile keep crashing :(

Collect works good for us on newer and older versions of android and various devices, but on this device (Galaxy TAb Active2 SM-T395) with android 9 it crashes with messages.. Apps Collect keep crashing Resetting the device to factory settings doesn't solve it ... any ideas? Thx.
