Collect Earth Desktop - Import

I have a output CSV from Collect Earth that contains historical data for the LULUCF. Actually, I need to review and update the record as necessary, but I don't have the respective XML file. So, I would like to know if is there a way to import the data using CSV file to Collect Earth?
