Hello,

You are able to make a Time Series Graph with any GEE Image Collection Asset by selecting Custom as your Imagery Source. The CEO Documentation has instructions on how to do this: https://collect-earth-online-doc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/project/geodash.html#add-a-time-series-graph-widget

For NDVI, this does require processing in GEE. If you are unfamiliar with this process, I recommend checking the book: https://www.eefabook.org/.
