Hi everyone, Im trying to ímport the collect data file in calc through the workspace options, i am alredy try it in 3 distinct forms, the only way that work is importing the .collect-data file, calc create database schema, fills code tables but the data tables leave it empty, also try importing the .collect file and then importing the zip data backup but this produces an error, also try import directly the zip file and too gives an error, someone can import that data? regards!! |

Hi dsuarezn, The only form where you can import the collect exported dataset in Calc, is in the workspace settings page. In the settings section, available in the main Calc interface by clicking the settings button in the bottom bar, click on the button of where you see the workspace name. There, there's a collect upload button and by clicking on it, it allows you to update the collect dataset linked with the workspace. If you have done that, and you see no data after a successful import, check if your records have been submitted in the analysis phase. In fact, Calc only operates with data that have been cleansed, and therefore submitted to analysis by the administrator of Collect. Thank you, Mino |
