Hello support, I am at a Collect Earth training and the browser windows don't open when clicking a plot (only one empty window opens but stays blank). I set Firefox as the browser to be used and checked it's the latest version. Dear Ulpu, The issue has appeared with the newest update to Firefox 49! So if you have a Firefox version above 48 the only thing you can do now is to install Chrome and then force Collect Earth to use Chrome as the default browser that loads the GEE and Bing integrations!
You will need to save the properties and restart Collect Earth for the changes to take place! We are working on fixing the Firefox integration so the newest version ( after 1.3.17 ) will support Firefox again. |
