Chrome crashing during saiku launch and data entry using survey card

Dear Team, At the instances when Google Chrome should open (when I click on the survey card or when starting saiku)it opens and immediately crashes. What could be the problems. I have ensured that the path to saiku server and chrome are correct but neither of that is a solution.

Dear Njuenjru,

If you update Collect Earth it should fix the problem! The newest version 1.4.0 includes support for Firefox 49 and Chrome 54.

To update you just need to open Collect Earth, wait for the update prompt to come out, gop though the update and once it is finished you must close Collect Earth and start ig again for the changes to take effect!!

Hi , Thank you for your response on this. I have been doing that quite severally including going to help and checking for more updates. Until this morning i decided to use Firefox 47.0.01 and it accepted to open but in the saiku window no data seems to be linked from the collect earth.
