Error when exporting Collect survey

0	Ciao, when trying to export a Collect Earth survey from Collect, I get the following error Error generating file: Index: 3, Size: 3 Can you tell what's going wrong, thanks. collect collectearth asked 21 Nov '16, 17:10 ulpu 23●2●9●11 accept rate: 0%

Hi Ulpu,
Can you share with us the log files c:\opt\openforis\collect\tomcat\logs\catalina.out and c:\opt\openforis\collect\tomcat\webapps\collect\logs\collect.log together with the survey in Collect Desktop format?
