cannot start Collect Earth

Hello, I just installed Collect Earth on the Windows 10 machine. But i cannot launch the Collect Earth without using option "run as administrator".

What is the potential problem?

Actually, when i installed the Collect earth, i also have to use the same option( " run as administrator" to fire the installation file (collect-earth-installer-1.6.14-windows.exe).

0	more information. When i used the command "\java\bin\java.exe -jar CollectEarth.jar" to start the program, i got the error saying "Collection Earth could not start due to a DB connection issue. Jinkai permanent link answered 27 Oct '17, 04:23 jinkaizhang 21●1●28●35 accept rate: 0%
