Max count does not work in collect mobile

Hi OFC, when we define within an entity (1:n) as multiple and putting value in min count: and Max count: it works in collect desktop but not in collect mobile. collect mobile allows more then as defined Max count:. I think collect mobile also should not allows more than specified in max count:. Is it normal or it should be considered as improvement needed. Thank you very much.
