Hello Openforis Community,

I have been having problems with the code editor, while assessing the plots, the scripts,NDVIS and MODIS are unable to load.Initially after consultations,i thought the problem was brought about by low internet connectivity but still when i use different Networks, the problem is still there. What might be the solution?I will appreciate for the solution.

Thank you.

Could you include a screenshot of the GEE Code Editor window and the exception log?

Are you using the latest version of Collect Earth? Check if there are updates in the Help menu option "Check for updates of Collect Earth"

Please, also include the error log, you can find it in the Help menu "Open application log file"

We need to look into this further.

In the meantime try to switch browser from Chrome to Firefox.

You can do this in Tools->Options then in Advanced panel use the radio-button to choose Firefox.

This should be a temporary fix of the issue.
