CollectEarth Update failed

Hi Tesfay,

Any additional information would be appreciated (operating system, CE version, issue faced). Or can you just download again the installer and run it?

I did try multiple times. the os is win7 & CE version I had was the latest, I believe. there is a log file but how can I attach or share? Tesfay

Hello Tesfay,

You can access the log fiel from Collect Earth menu ( Help->Open Application Log file)

You can just select (Ctrl+A) and copy the text in that window and post it here ( If the log is very long just post the last few hundred lines).
