GEE to create a grid

Hello,

I am trying to use https://collectearth.users.earthengine.app/view/collect-earth-grid-generator to create a systematic grid for a district. I uploaded my shapefile but I cannot make it run. Is there any detailed guidance? I have never used GEE before...
