fix: right click on install icon, which prompts OS X to give you the option to over-ride the default security preference and install anyway.

Might need to update security certificates?

We are aware of the issue ( Apple is complicating things for open source developers to put their software in Mac computers by forcing us into a developers program -and paying for it- to give their certificate)

Right now the only option to go around it is to allow for CE installation forcing the iOS to allow you to install:

  1. In the Finder on your Mac, locate the Collect Earth installer. Don’t use Launchpad to do this. Launchpad doesn’t allow you to access the shortcut menu.

  2. Control-click the app icon, then choose Open from the shortcut menu.

  3. Click Open.

The app is saved as an exception to your security settings, and you can open it in the future by double-clicking it just as you can any registered app. Let us know if this process is not working.

my apologies - I should have looked harder before posting a question. I see you have dealt with this before:
