Hi, since today project Geo-Dashes are broken, we cant collect/review data on pre-existing projects, cant edit geodash, basically cant do anything on any pre-existing project. It seems I can create a new project and it works, but I need to be able to access previous projects. They were working friday 6pm PST.

Is this connected to the unavailability of NICFI data (?), i have projects that were pre-existing that both had and did not have NICFI and both dont work properly now. Two examples below.

I am sorry that the Geo-Dash is not working. We know that this is an important feature in CEO, and are actively looking into fixing this issue. I will keep you updated on when you can expect it to be resolved.

Hi Shanna,

It appears now we can see the GeoDash for all the projects, but I can't edit the existing widgets on the GeoDash. I can edit the GeoDash and add new images or copy existing ones, but I can't actually edit one to see for example how we configured them or adjust the dates. The screen goes white when you click to edit an existing widget.

Thank you for your patience. We've attempted to reproduce the issue but haven't been able to, so we haven’t been able to diagnose or resolve it yet. Are you still unable to edit existing widgets?
