I installed Google earth first and then collect earth 1.0 and tried to run the collect earth but and error message read that " the Collect Earth file could not open make sure that Google earth is installed". I fail to understand why it is so? Regards Faiyaz Ahmed Karachi, Pakistan |

Hello, I have noticed unxpected behavior in older machines when Collect Earth is started by double-clikcing on a cep file (the Collect Earth Project file ). It is not necessary to start Collect Earth that way as once the CEP file is imported Collect Earth will use it as default. Try starting Collect Earth from the Windows button ( Windows button->Collect Earth->Launch Collect Earth ). If this does not work either post you log files. Use this :
