Error in 1st start-up of Collect Earth

Dear OFT,

I installed the CE in a laptop (windows 8.1) and I got an error pop-up "i.e. the Collect Earth file could not be open. Please make sure that the Google Earth is installed" (see attached also), although the Google Earth is installed.
