Upon opening and uploading a geoJSON to the Whisp app, either an API key error message or blank page with a "rate exceeded" message appears. Also unable to load files directly into Earthmap. All users in my organisation affected. What are the solutions, please, or is this a tech fix needed? |

Earlier today, the application encountered an unexpected surge in traffic that exceeded our infrastructure's capacity at the time, which caused temporary unavailability for some users. We have since scaled up our infrastructure to handle higher traffic volumes and the service is now fully operational. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you experience any further issues.
